We start with scheduling a no obligation pre-visit where you can get to know us and we get to know your pets and your situation. Prior to the pre-visit you will be given a login to our customer portal to enter all your contact information and information on your pets.
After the pre-visit, if you decide to use TK Pet Sitters we will need a way to enter your home and confirmation of the dates and services you need. The schedule is will be visible in our online portal for you to confirm the schedule.
1-2 days prior to the start of your pet-sitting service we will confirm by email and send the invoice for the services.
Pay the invoice in our portal prior to the start of services or you can leave your payment of check paid to TK Pet Sitters on the kitchen table/counter along with any additional written instructions you may want us to have.
Visit Report Cards will be send by email after each visit. We will sometimes include pictures and keep you updated to any concerns. We can also send text messages if requested.
When you return home from your trip please call or e-mail us confirm you are home.
We generally prefer to set up and confirm visit dates and times by e-mail or your can make requests directly on our Customer Portal once you are set up as a customer. This is mainly to insure there is no mis-communication on the dates and times and allows us to put the information directly into our computerized scheduler
